Breakfast - 1/4 dried fruit, cinabon (screwed up I know)

Snack - Celery, 1 1/2 Tbsp PB

Lunch - 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil, zuccini and yellow squash, 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Snack - nectarine, slice of swiss cheese

Dinner - Pot Roast, Potatoes and Carrots (reasonable portion is key)

Dessert - If chocolate craving, I'll make 1% pudding

For a for a few moments after I realized how stupid that was I was on a destructive downhill spiral. And then I remembered one mistake isn't going to make my fat. Its how I react the whole day. I can have a cinnabon. I just can't have one everyday!

One mistake isn't going to make me fat - I like that! You're absolutely right...I must admit, I have a treat perhaps too many times a week. It helps me not feel deprived though and I make sure to stay in control. And on the weeks that I don't, I pick myself up and keep going.

hey, you caught yourself and headed in the right direction. Good for you! So many would have given up at that point and said screw the day, I'm eating JUNK all day ;)
